Happy New Year Juniors!
Looking forward to the 2012 season and now that the subs letters have been sent out it is now time to nominate your Juniors Captain and Committee.
This will be decided by all Junior Members and is open to all Junior members.
To be a good committee candidate you have to willing to assist and develop our Junior Section and a be good example to your fellow juniors.
To simplify this process please email me with a name of someone you wish to nominate from your Junior section (a list of names are on the Junior
noticeboard) who you think will be a good representative for you Junior section. You can not nominate yourself, so if you wish to be considered you will have to get a junior to nominate you. A short list will be made and if there is a need, a vote will be taken at our AGM ( date TBC)
We need a Junior Captain and four committee members and when you email me at juniorconvenor100@virginmedia.com it will be confidential.
Note. If a decision is not made the Junior Convenor reserves the right to choose the Junior captain and committee members.
I have included in this pack some of the information which I hope you will find helpful, and if you have any questions or queries I will be very happy to answer either by phone or at the Golf Course.
I would also ask you to look at the information provided in the Membership Card and Fixture List for the coming season. This should be issued on payment of the annual subscription or the first installment.
The fixture list however, may be re-arranged on occasion; due to team matches or fitting in previously postponed competitions.
